ADULT FITNESS PROGRAM:
First class is free!
Flexible pay packages are available.
If you bring a friend or have a child enrolled in our gymnastics classes you qualify for discounts.
This is what we incorporate in our adult fitness classes: Endurance training, Increase muscle strength, Weight loss exercises, and Cardiovascular exercises.
The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes or more of aerobic exercise five or more days each week.
It's recommended to add in two or more resistance training sessions each week. The resistance training is provided by your body weight, gravity, bands, weighted bars, or dumbbells.
People who participate in this resistance training usually have an easier time moving through activities of daily living because their muscles move more efficiently!
